BY ROAD

Leave the M5 at Junction 31 (Exeter), and take the A38 towards Plymouth. Continue on the A38 for 26 miles and then exit left (signposted Ermington A3121, Modbury/Yealmpton (A379). Follow the A3121 for 6 miles, then left on to A379 for Modbury. Drive through Modbury and one mile further on, at the top of the hill, turn right on to the B3392 to Bigbury. Stay on the B3392 for 4.8 miles to Bigbury-on-Sea, going through St Ann's Chapel and Bigbury, and past Bigbury Golf Club. Once in Bigbury-on-Sea, continue past the main beach car park on your left, past the old red telephone box and bus stop, and then left down the drive into the apartments car park.

BY TRAIN

The nearest railway stations are Totnes and Plymouth. Totnes is 19 miles from the apartment and about 40 minutes drive - although not when the roads are busy!
